  • As early as possible! Since 2020, we have seen supply shortages across the board. If you want to ensure our supplies as it is a very large order or a very important order, we suggest even months in advance. The latest we suggest is 2 weeks prior to shipping or pick up but don’t hesitate if you need it sooner. We will gladly do all we can to get it to you in time.

  • No. However, a design fee may be assessed on smallorders or difficult designs. Please email any artwork or details and we will let you know.
